One of my favorite things to do is conduct on-stage interviews with visiting authors and chefs. I’ve done dozens of interviews, hosted and moderated cooking demonstrations and led panel discussions at conferences and events including the University Club of Chicago speaker series, the Culinary Institute of America Worlds of Flavor conference, the Utility Show, the National Restaurant Association Show, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and Charleston, and more.
