I love participating in events that bring people together, by hosting on-stage interviews with visiting authors and chefs, moderating or leading cooking demonstrations, giving food trend presentations, and conducting panel discussions. I’ve done dozens of interviews, hosted and conferences and events including the University Club of Chicago speaker series, the Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor conference, the Utility Show, the National Restaurant Association Show, the Southern Foodways Alliance Annual Symposium, the James Beard Foundation Awards, and the Food & Wine Classic festivals in Aspen and Charleston, among others.
